The Final Report reflects the results of the public consultation launched on 26

January 2024* which received valuable feedback from stakeholders.

Kevin Fine, Chair of the IOSCO Committee on Derivatives (Committee 7), said:

“The use of PTRRS continue to grow, as market participants try to improve the

efficiency in the way they use OTC derivatives. These Good Practices are a set of

important tools which will help mitigate the potential risks identified in our analysis.”

正确实施 IOSCO《商品衍生品市场监管原则》（以下简称“原则”）的重要性。

原则旨在确保商品衍生品市场发挥其促进价格发现和风险对冲的基本功能，同时

防止市场操纵和滥用行为。

IOSCO 对五项特定原则（原则 9、12、14、15 和 16）进行了针对性实施审

查（以下简称“审查”）。这些原则旨在应对大宗商品市场的过度波动、场外（OTC）
