这份谅解备忘录规定了英格兰银行和英国金融行为监管局在履行各自责任

时将采用的高级别框架。

英格兰银行以其审慎监管局的身份与英国金融行为监管局（FCA）之间形成

的谅解备忘录（MoU）已经更新，以反映《2023 年金融服务与市场法案》中所

做的变更，推动一些流程的优化，并更新术语。该谅解备忘录是根据《2000 年

金融服务与市场法案》第 3D 和第 3E 条款达成的。

Update on the Bank of England and Financial Conduct Authority Memorandum

of Understanding (2024/4/19)

The Memorandum of Understanding sets out the high-level framework the Bank

of England and the Financial Conduct Authority will use to co-ordinate and

co-operate in carrying out their respective responsibilities.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Bank of England in its
capacity as the Prudential Regulation Authority, and the Financial Conduct Authority

(FCA) has been updated to reflect changes made by the Financial Services and

Markets Act 2023, facilitate the optimisation of some processes, and update

terminology. The MoU has been agreed pursuant to sections 3D and 3E of the

Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
