a strong financial country, and serve the Chinese-style modernization the big picture.

The Opinions require that the supervision of securities and fund institutions be

strengthened, shareholders and business access management be reinforced, a good

industry culture and investment culture be actively fostered, the industry's salary

management system be improved, and bad practices be resolutely corrected and

punished, so as to promote the industry's return to its origins, excellence and strength.

It is necessary to strengthen the supervision of high-frequency quantitative and other

transactions, seriously investigate and deal with market manipulation, malicious

shorting, and other illegal acts, strengthen the strategic power reserves and

stabilization mechanism, and include the impact of major economic or non-economic

policies on the capital market in the consistency assessment of macroeconomic policy

orientation, so as to enhance the intrinsic stability of the capital market. To strengthen

the rule of law in the capital market, increase the joint crackdown on securities and

futures crimes, deepen the central and inter-ministerial coordination and linkage,

create an iron army of supervision that is politically sound and toughened, and

promote the formation of synergy to promote the high-quality development of the

capital market.
