3. 美国商品期货交易委员会批准 Kalshi Klear LLC 注册为衍生品清算机构

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）宣布，已向 Kalshi Klear LLC（Kalshi）

签发了衍生品清算机构（DCO）注册令，根据《美国商品交易法》（CEA）对其

进行注册。

CFTC 认定 Kalshi 已证明其能力符合《美国商品交易法》和 CFTC 联邦法规

中适用于衍生品清算机构的规定。衍生品清算机构注册令的条款和条件要求

Kalshi 应遵守《美国商品交易法》和 CFTC 联邦法规中所有适用于衍生品清算机

构的规则。

Kalshi 的关联公司 KalshiEx LLC 已在 CFTC 注册为指定合约市场。

随着 Kalshi 的加入，将有 18 个衍生品清算机构在 CFTC 注册。

CFTC Grants Kalshi Klear LLC DCO Registration (2024/8/29)

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission announced today it has issued

Kalshi Klear LLC (Kalshi) an Order of Registration as a derivatives clearing
organization (DCO) under the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA).

The CFTC determined Kalshi demonstrated its ability to comply with the CEA

provisions and CFTC regulations applicable to DCOs. The terms and conditions of

the DCO order requires, among other things, that Kalshi will comply with all

provisions of the CEA and the CFTC’s regulations applicable to DCOs.

Kalshi’s affiliate, KalshiEx LLC, is registered with the CFTC as a designated

contract market.

With the addition of Kalshi, there will be 18 DCOs registered with the CFTC.
