activities in accordance with laws and regulations, promptly and prudently handle

disputes with financial consumers, strengthen governance at the source and rectify

issues from the root, and continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the

protection of financial consumer rights and interests.

This announcement shall be effective from the date of publication.

Announcement of the National Financial Regulatory Administration, the People’s

Bank of China and the China Securities Regulatory Commission on Arrangements for

Handling Matters Reported by Financial Consumers shall be abolished

simultaneously.
