                   构 ForecastEx LLC 的请求，市场监管部与清算及风险部决定对涉及互换交易数

                   据报告和记录保存规定的事项采取不行动立场。


                        各相关部门将不会建议委员会对 ForecastEx 或其参与者因未遵守特定互换

                   交易记录保存的规定，或未将依据 ForecastEx 规则执行或受其规则约束的二元期

                   权交易数据报告至互换交易报告库的行为采取执法措施。


                        该不行动函仅适用于极为少数的情形，并且其性质类似于针对其他处于相似

                   情况的指定合约市场和衍生品清算机构的不行动函。
