Managing Director of the MAS, attended and addressed the meeting. Both sides

highly praised the positive progress achieved in bilateral cooperation in the capital

markets since the 7th CSRC-MAS Supervisory Roundtable and exchanged views on

the latest regulatory developments and practices in respective areas including the

supervision of securities issuance and listing, derivatives market regulation, and

sustainability report of listed companies. Consensus was reached on deepening the

ETF connectivity and index cooperation, as well as enhancing exchanges and mutual

learning in the field of green finance. Both sides look forward to further strengthening

cooperation in the capital markets so as to contribute to the all-round high-quality

future-oriented partnership between the two countries. The Roundtable was attended

by over 30 participants including heads of related departments from the CSRC and the

MAS, and representatives from securities exchanges of both countries.

The Roundtable was established to implement relevant outcomes of President Xi

Jinping’s state visit to Singapore in November 2015, and serves as an important

platform to facilitate bilateral dialogue between regulators and market institutions and

promote pragmatic cooperation between capital markets of the two countries.

6 月 19 日，证监会发布《关于深化科创板改革 服务科技创新和新质生产力

发展的八条措施》（以下简称《八条措施》），进一步深化改革，提升对新产业新

业态新技术的包容性，发挥资本市场功能，更好服务中国式现代化大局。

《八条措施》聚焦强监管防风险促进高质量发展主线，坚持稳中求进、综合

施策，目标导向、问题导向，尊重规律、守正创新的原则，在市场化法治化轨道

上推动科创板持续健康发展。主要包括完善交易机制，防范市场风险。加强交易
