Understanding regarding securities regulatory co-operation signed between the

CSRC and CVM in 1997, which has great significance to further enhancing the

regulatory cooperation for capital markets of both countries. So far, the CSRC has

signed bilateral memorandums of understanding regarding regulatory cooperation

with securities and futures regulatory authorities from 67 countries or regions to

establish cross-border regulatory and enforcement cooperative mechanisms.

2. 中国证监会与新加坡金管局举行第八届中新证券期货监管圆桌会（2024 年 6

月 18 日）

2024 年 6 月 14 日，中国证监会与新加坡金管局在新加坡举行了第八届中新

证券期货监管圆桌会。中国证监会副主席陈华平和新加坡金管局副行长何恒心出

席会议并致辞。双方高度评价第七届中新证券期货监管圆桌会以来两国资本市场

领域合作取得的积极进展，就各自证券发行上市监管、衍生品市场监管和上市公

司可持续发展信息披露等最新监管动态和监管实践进行了交流，并就深化中新

ETF 互通和指数合作、在绿色金融领域加强交流互鉴等达成一系列共识。双方期

待通过进一步加强资本市场领域合作，更好助力中新全方位高质量的前瞻性伙伴

关系发展。中国证监会、新加坡金管局相关部门负责人，双方证券交易所代表等

30 余人参会。

China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) and Monetary Authority of

Singapore (MAS) held the 8th CSRC-MAS Supervisory Roundtable on June 14,

2024 in Singapore.
