is not necessary, and coordination can and will continue to occur through existing

channels.

5.Set up an Inter-agency Task Force to Address Challenges to Porting of

Customer Positions and Collateral During Recovery and Wind Down. The

Commission should develop an inter-agency task force, which should include the

National Futures Association, to discuss and address impediments to the porting of

customer positions and collateral in the context of a DCO resolution and clearing

member default.

9. 美国商品期货交易委员会同意 QC Clearing LLC 注册为衍生品清算机构

（2024 年 12 月 17 日）

美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）宣布，已根据《美国商品交易法》向 QC

Clearing LLC 签发了衍生品清算机构（DCO）注册行政令。

QC Clearing 是一家在特拉华州注册的有限责任公司，总部位于佛罗里达州

Boca Raton。因为 CFTC 确定 QC Clearing 已证明其条件符合《美国商品交易法》

和 CFTC 联邦法规中适用于衍生品清算机构的规定，并根据《美国商品交易法》

第 5b 条同意其注册。

随着 QC Clearing LLC 的加入，将有 19 家衍生品清算机构在 CFTC 注册。

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it has issued QC

Clearing LLC an Order of Registration as a derivatives clearing organization under

the Commodity Exchange Act.
