美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）宣布，向一名提供详细信息支持执法行
动的举报人颁发超过 450 万美元的奖励。由于该举报人拥有相当专业的行业知识，
使得他为执法部（DOE）全员提供了数量和质量都相当可观的协助。
执法主任 Ian McGinley 表示：“这次的奖励对于一名多次与执法部工作人员
接触并提供宝贵信息的举报人来说是适当的。CFTC 特别感谢举报人在执法行动
中发挥的关键作用。我们知道，前来提供支持并非总是易事。”
检举办公室主任 Brian Young 表示： “提供协作和信息，从而促成 CFTC 的执
法行动成功的举报人并不需要是内部人员。任何提供可用于执法的信息
（actionable information）的人，包括受害者、证人和内部人员，都有资格根据
CFTC 的举报人计划获得现金奖励。”
CFTC Announces Whistleblower Award Over $4.5 Million (2024/6/3)
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today announced it awarded over
$4.5 million to a whistleblower who provided detailed information in support of an
enforcement action. The whistleblower provided assistance to the Division of
Enforcement (DOE) that was significant in both amount and quality. DOE staff
greatly relied on the whistleblower’s industry expertise.
“This award appropriately rewards a whistleblower who gave valuable
information during multiple contacts with DOE staff,” said Director of Enforcement
Ian McGinley. “The CFTC especially appreciates the critical role whistleblowers play
