In order to implement the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China and

the Provisions of the State Council on Implementing the Registered Capital

Management System of the Company Law of the People’s Republic of China, the

China Securities Regulatory Commission drafted the Decision on Amending Certain

Securities and Futures Rules (Draft for Comments) and the Decision on Amending

and Annulling Certain Securities and Futures Regulatory Documents (Draft for

Comments) to amend and annul certain securities and futures rules and regulatory

documents, which are now open for public comments.
