年 1 月 1 日起施行。

Laundering Law of the People’s Republic of China (2024/11/8)
The Anti-Money Laundering Law of the People’s Republic of China, as adopted
at the 12th session of the Standing Committee of the Fourteen National People’s
Congress of the People’s Republic of China on November 8, 2024, is hereby issued,
and will take effect on January 1, 2025.
